For your admission, you will enjoy these three courses, expertly paired with wines from Vegas Valley Winery:

  • Shrimp & Cilantro Crema - succulent poached shrimp, topped with creamy cilantro and lime sauce

  • Mini Arayes - miniature, grilled pita stuffed with sautéed onions and spiced ground beef

  • Petit Clafoutis - fresh blackberries baked in a light custard with créme de cassis and vanilla
