• Puffy Cheeseburger – ground beef, American cheese, grape tomato slice, pickle, and "special sauce" baked in puff pastry (and paired wine!)

• Sausage & Pepper Crostino – Crumbled spicy Italian sausage, sauteed pepper and onions in marinara topped with Parmesan cheese on a crispy crostini (and paired wine!)

• Street Corn Salad – Fire-roasted corn, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno and cotija in a light lime vinaigrette (and paired wine!)
