1 pound ground chicken breast
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Combine chicken, syrup and spices and form into 8 small patties.
Add oil and butter to a pan over medium high heat. Once hot, place patties in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reads 165F.

I love, love, love fregola! Toasted Sardinian pasta that looks like couscous. Except couscous is steamed - different product, different vibe. Shrimp, fregola, tomatoes…. And butter! Enjoy!!
