A MUST(ard) for your next party!!

Ingredients

1 package Louisiana Hot Links

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Cut each link into 4 equal pieces. Slice 1/4-inch crosswise diagonal cuts along each piece without cutting all the way through.

  2. In a small bowl, combine Dijon, 2 tablespoons honey, brown sugar and vinegar.

  3. Divide sauce into 2 bowls. Stir mayonnaise into the first bowl until smooth; set aside for dipping sauce.

  4. Use the sauce in the second bowl to glaze the hot links. Transfer glazed hot links to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Glaze hot links with remaining 2 tablespoons of honey. Set oven to low broil. Broil hot links (about 6 inches under the broiler) for 1-2 minutes, until slightly charred.

  6. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain any excess grease and cool for 5 minutes.

  7. To serve, garnish with chopped parsley and reserved sauce on the side.
